The Vic RESCA dinner event will
Provide an overview of the awards and scholarship program.
Presentation from a past ESF scholarship recipient
Recognise 'Finalists' from each agency (one paid and one volunteer -where applicable).
Announce Two Major Winners: Rotary Victoria Emergency Service Officer of the Year Serving in a Volunteer capacity and Rotary Victoria Emergency Service Officer of the Year Serving in a Paid capacity will be announced at the event. The two Major winners will be invited to the National event in Canberra in October where they will be judged against the winners from other states for the National awards..
